THE MISSION:
Joe Swanson is a professional trainer, 1:1 performance coach, former law enforcement officer, former corporate executive, and current entrepreneur.
His background spans multiple high-pressure environments—public safety, corporate leadership, business ownership, coaching, and performance training. Across each of those disciplines, Joe has seen the same challenge show up in different forms: pressure can interfere with focus, decision-making, communication, recovery, and access to the skills a person already has.
With more than two decades of experience across training, coaching, leadership, and business, Joe has spent his career studying and applying what helps people perform when pressure, responsibility, and consequences are high.
He is the creator of the Operational Reset Stack Method™ (ORSM™), a proactive human performance methodology designed to help people perform closer to their capability by improving how they prepare for, perform through, transition between, and recover from demanding situations.
Joe’s experience performing under pressure across very different disciplines helped shape the foundation of ORSM. Rather than treating stress management as simply a wellness issue, he approaches it as a performance issue—because when pressure rises, the ability to access judgment, skill, focus, communication, and execution matters most.
His teaching style is direct, practical, and highly actionable, combining real-world experience with evidence-informed performance strategies that can be used immediately.
Through ORSM™, Joe helps high performers reduce performance interference, reset faster between demands, improve adaptability, and maintain stronger execution when the stakes are high.
